We offer several services to help you improve your swimming. We can also customize Private Instruction and Training Plans to help you meet your goals.
Private instruction is the quickest way to learn proper form and body positioning. You will also be given drills to help resolve your particular needs.
We start with a discussion of stroke mechanics. We move into the water to work on body positioning and stroke mechanics. All students will receive individualized feedback which they can immediately begin using in their training.
Most triathletes train in a pool and have very little experience swimming in open water. Even some stronger swimmers get open water anxiety. A great way to increase your confidence is by practicing in the open water. Practice sighting, drafting and turning around buoys. Also learn how to deal with body contact.
